4C's Health was the vision of Mr. C over 3 decades ago.  A military veteran who

retired  after 20 years of dedicated service while stationed at MacDill AFB, he desired to do more. He created 4C's with the goal:

 

You Call, We Come, BeCause, We Care.

Many things have changed since the creation of 4C’s; however, some things remain the same, like our foundational principles. Today, 4C’s has expanded into a comprehensive group of medical providers who seek to improve the communities where they work and live.
