We provide comprehensive and effective online mental health services to clients in the Tampa Bay area, Lakeland, Orlando,
and Winter Haven. Speak with our mental health providers through our online virtual video platform. Visits can be via a desktop
computer, tablet, or smartphone. Our connections are secure and HIPAA compliant.
Our providers have experience providing therapy and medication management. We focus on a variety of concerns such as mood issues, stress and anxiety, general mental health concerns, grief counseling, and treatment.

We currently offer direct access to care with a monthly subscription service.
We also accept United Health Group insurance.
We provide special rates to healthcare personnel.
After requesting an appointment a member of our team will contact you.
We believe it is important for you to feel comfortable with us,
if we decide to work together, you will receive a new client intake package.
It is important that you complete the forms thoroughly and in their entirety.

I knew I to help others and became a Registered Nurse, later becoming a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As the wife of a veteran, I appreciate the unique challenges that come with military life. With comprehensive range of services, I aim to boost your confidence and provide the support you need while navigating personal challenges. Together, we can work towards a healthier, happier you!

Looking for availability to see a provider?
Our no-show policy is simple: We require that you call one working day in advance to cancel.
Appointments are high in demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to care.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the time of the visit, you will still be charged the full cost of the visit.
If you would like to reschedule, you will need to pay for another visit.
Just like buying a concert ticket if you do not go to the concert on the concert date, you do not receive a refund.
In other words, our no-show fee is the cost of your monthly the visit.
